Inmates can receive stamps and blank envelopes three different ways: 1) purchased from the Commissary using the order slip, 2) ordered and paid for by a friend or family member, and then mailed directly to the inmate from USPS.COM, or 3) sent directly from an attorney or Public Defender's Office.
